How to Choose the Right Gummy Mold
Choosing the right gummy mold depends on your desired gummy size, cavity count, production method, and batch volume. Smaller cavities work well for vitamins, supplements, and low-dose products, while larger cavities are often used for candy, chocolate, and specialty gummies.
For hand-poured batches, choose a mold that is easy to fill and demold. For larger production runs, consider pour-and-scrape molds or molds designed to work with depositor systems. Higher cavity counts can increase output per batch, while lower cavity counts may be easier to handle during testing and small-batch production.
